The closest Hotel/Motel to the bullring is Hotel Cucupa, I dont know anything about this hotel other than its mainly used for the hourly rates, although you can also stay by the day, which may be a different price than the neon sign out from of $250 pesos, it looks nice outside and inside from those who have stayed there with 3.8 avg stars.
If you prefer something nicer, there are a few hotels on daily rates about 12 minutes away near Macro plaza:
